We have been using cast iron skillets now for the last few years and are very pleased. Noticing
many professional chefs are recommending them. Baking, frying, sauteing all give a wonderful result. You must invest in the handle covers though, because you can get a good burn accidentally in reaching for the handle.
It actually puts iron in the food!! I love It!!!!
I know, right?!? Plus, it’ll last forever!
